By purchasing from www.unrealism.co.uk,  you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Buying from the Website

Each product will clearly indicate whether it is an original artwork or a print/reproduction.

Originals are one-of-a-kind, created by the artist. Prints may be produced in limited runs.

Colours, textures, and details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to make a purchase.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are in GBP (£).

Payment must be completed before we send your order.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Billie.

3. Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to availability.

We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, stock, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered.

5. Returns and Refunds

Originals and prints are final sale, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order is damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are not accepted.

6. Copyright

All artworks, images, and website content are owned by Ashley Kingswell / Unrealism.

Buying an artwork or print does not transfer copyright — you may not reproduce or use images for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Liability

We do our best to describe artworks accurately but cannot guarantee perfection.

Unrealism.co.uk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Privacy

Personal information is used only to process orders and communicate with customers.

9. Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
